Hello World
Hello interwebs & honoured guests. All protocols observed I would like to welcome you to 2 Broke Twimbos. If you have read my colleague’s & fellow Struggleville resident's post I am sure you now have a rough idea about what this site is about.
In case you can't read (if so why are you even here?) or have the memory retention of a goldfish, this site will chronicle the life & times of 2 of Zimbabwe's most financially inept individuals. As we attempt to cover & provide commentary to Zimbabwe’s & Southern Africa’s social scene as well as it’s movers & shakers. (Twerk Teams included)
Consider it like the behind the scenes footage from a movie you never wished to watch. We will share our thoughts on hot topic political issues. Mazoe Orange Crush or Cream Soda for example. (Our in depth exposé on that will drop soon. As soon as I have the money to buy both flavours simultaneously). We will share our favourite music from local & regional artists. #SupportLocalMusicIfYouCanAffordToIfNotOnlyRecordTheirSongsFromTheRadioOntoYourMothersOldDollyPartonCassette .
We will also share with you some of our experiences from events whose security was so lax we managed to find our way in. Like this one here
We also have a series of interviews with some of Zimbabwe's most talented & interesting celebs. You can listen to them here or subscribe via iTunes or any other podcast app if you were lucky enough to buy a fancy schmancy phone from Jimalo from Ximex Mall. My phone came preloaded with music, photos & contacts. Jimmy sure does offer the best bargains in town.
So please add this site to your bookmarks folder & check in daily as we will always have new content. If you have any queries or wish to help buy us some lunch you can email us at donate@2broketwimbos.com

Welcome comrades and opps, to a brand new episode of the only podcast nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize. Dan & Phil are back to talk about important stuff, like Travis Scott having a concert in Johannesburg, The Kadoma Music Festival and Chris Martin performing in Zimbabwe, Winky D’s AI video with Busy Signal for some reason. The Tech Ombudsmen analyze the fragile AI ecosystem, IYKYK, before taking a look at music business around the world, featuring lawsuit loser Drake and other important stuff. Enjoy!
