In this episode Dan, Phil and Dr Nyarai sit down with Dr Nkululeko Dewa who is an Addiction Counsellor in the area of Multiple species Pathology and diagnostics dealing with (Drug and substance research.) He is also the Founder and CEO Inner-city Mission Zimbabwe & International Wellness Centre in Ruwa, Zimbabwe. Doctor Dewa assists a lot of people who are challenged with drug addiction at his Rehabilitation Centre.
This week on Mental Wellness Mondays we have Mr Tinotenda Phillip Gwitima who is a Mental Health Advocate who founded the online Mental Health Platform - Rupasa: A Place to Talk in his native country of Zimbabwe. The online platform strives to create a safe space for people to share their experiences around mental health as well as to help educate people and spread awareness on Mental Health.
In this episode, Phil sits down with Robyn and Dr Nyarai to discuss the work she is doing, pre and post-natal depression and the resources available to mothers.
