Samuel Mijo M has more than 15 years of experience in sexual & reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, mental health and family therapy, he joins the team and Dr Nyarai to share his insights, and help couples overcome the stresses affecting intimacy in relationships.
Vanessa Hounsell is a qualified art therapist and she goes into depth in this week’s episode of Mental Wellness Mondays, explaining the methods and benefits of art therapy. Vanessa combines art, movement/music, mindfulness, writing as a creative arts therapist, and she explains how this is a serious way of dealing with anxiety and depression, as well as getting into therapy.
