Mental Wellness Mondays - Grief Counselling with Margaret Chirunda
The past year and a half or so have been especially difficult, with many people needing help to deal with their grief. This week, along with Dr. Nyarai, we have Counsellor, Life and Grief Coach Margaret Chirunda, affectionately known as “Auntie Margaret” to help with some tips on how to deal with grief, and a reminder that we all need someone to just listen to us.
Remember you can find mental health resources as well as a submission form (if you would like to send in a question) on our website’s Help page here.
You can find out more about our Mental Health Segment partner Bon Vie here, including the different packages on offer. We thank Bon Vie for their support.
