The Kapital K Episode
Smack dab in the middle of what may probably be the busiest the 2 Broke Twimbos have ever been, we had a chance to sit down with Cape Town based Zimbabwean rapper Kapital K. As you no doubt are aware, we have a knack of tracking down talented artists and leeching off of their success so we sat down with Kap to begin the draining process.
Listen to hear about his story from being Lil Keith in the early 2000's with Fortune Muparutsa to his South African experience, perceived beef with AKA, advances in Miami and his views on Zim Hip Hop. We also include a track by track review of his latest EP titled IV, and we end off the episode with the Dutch produced Good Over Here by Kapital K. Enjoy
It's happening! This is not a drill! You can finally return to your routines, Dan & Phil are BACK with that fresh new-new!! Dan is a father now, and he has profound wisdom to share, like "new parents are tired". The boys even get to talk about sport, like Formula 1 coming back to Africa (surprise it's Rwanda!) and what punishment should Manchester City get for cheating for over a decade? Oh and Phil has been outisde. A lot to discuss, enjoy!
