The Daecolm Episode
It’s time for a fresh new post-apocalyptic episode of the only podcast that doesn’t touch its own face, the 2 Broke Twimbos are back! And this time, they sit in the sterilized airspace that is their make-shift studio with international-but-Zimbabwean singer-songwriter extraordinaire Daecolm! Daecolm has made quite the name for himself writing hit songs for artists like Chris Brown, Craig David, Mario, Trey Songz, Elijah Blake, Letoya Luckett and many other big names in music. Dan & Phil took the opportunity to sit down with him and hear his story. Daecolm recounts how he had a number 1 hit in New Zealand at age 16, how his clubbing ways got him to link up with some of the world’s biggest artists, and what he did when he had to choose between Trey Songz and Trey Songz girls!

Go on ahead and invite us into your house please, the 2 Broke Twimbos are back again with something new new. Dan & Phil take a sombre moment to address some of the tragedies that seem to be coming thick and fast these days, like the Air India flight crash or the floods in the Eastern Cape in South Africa. But the show does go on, the pair review the BET Awards and share some real talk about Madam Boss's presence there. They also talk Timbaland starting A-Pop (look it up) and AI when it comes to creative content in general. TLDR: We're cooked. Oh, and Sinners, and Mountainhead and loads of stuff, enjoy!
