TNN Watch | #SaturdayMorningCartoons
In times of great despair and sadness, humans often tend to look back at the good old days to bygone eras where things were simpler and easier. It was that mentality that drove many Zimbabweans to twitter after they awoke from their slumbers, still half drunk from the Friday night before to realise that there are no longer any good Saturday morning cartoons on TV.
Twimbos began to reflect on the best shows from a simpler time when bills weren't due and quality TV flowed freely.
Here are some of the best tweets from the #SaturdayMorningCartoons hashtag.
I also took the liberty of compiling my favorite cartoons and their theme songs, check it out here before the powers that be delete it.
It's happening! This is not a drill! You can finally return to your routines, Dan & Phil are BACK with that fresh new-new!! Dan is a father now, and he has profound wisdom to share, like "new parents are tired". The boys even get to talk about sport, like Formula 1 coming back to Africa (surprise it's Rwanda!) and what punishment should Manchester City get for cheating for over a decade? Oh and Phil has been outisde. A lot to discuss, enjoy!
