Oskid Announces his Departure From Kenako Muzik
Here we see Oskid (second from the right) pictured with DJ Tamuka (extreme left) and two random idiots
In a shocking twist, Oskid, one of Kenako Muzik’s lead producers responsible for a large chunk of their hits has recently announced via social media that he has left Kenako Muzik to join Million Dynasty music - a record label that he co-owns.
The timing of this move could not be more dramatic considering we just interviewed Oskid & DJ Tamuka a few days ago for the 2 Broke Twimbos podcast. You can listen to that interview here. During that interview Oskid seemed very upbeat about the work he was doing at Kenako and played us a myriad of unreleased music that sounded incredible.
Here is Oskid’s statement in full

Go on ahead and invite us into your house please, the 2 Broke Twimbos are back again with something new new. Dan & Phil take a sombre moment to address some of the tragedies that seem to be coming thick and fast these days, like the Air India flight crash or the floods in the Eastern Cape in South Africa. But the show does go on, the pair review the BET Awards and share some real talk about Madam Boss's presence there. They also talk Timbaland starting A-Pop (look it up) and AI when it comes to creative content in general. TLDR: We're cooked. Oh, and Sinners, and Mountainhead and loads of stuff, enjoy!
